From 12 to 14 May 2023, within the program of the event “Tuttacittà - 32 art galleries in Rome” , the Mario Iannelli Gallery is pleased to present “WORK IN PROCESS II”.

 

Continuing the documentation of the research activity of the Mario Iannelli Gallery that began with “WORK IN PROCESS” (CURA. books, February 2021), the publication archives the projects carried out by the artists and the gallery from 2021 to May 2023, cataloging the work of Baldo Diodato, Stanislao Di Giugno, Paula Doepfner, Panos Famelis, Felix Kiessling, Schirin Kretschmann, Cyrill Lachauer, Daniel Lergon, Nathan Peter, Vettor Pisani, David Prytz, Sarah Ancelle Schönfeld, Diana Sirianni, Yorgos Stamkopoulos, Philip Topolovac and Marianna Uutinen.

 

In the graphic layout of a daily newspaper, the black and white images float in a single temporal dimension without informative and critical texts as if they happened in the “here and now”.
Conceived and curated by Mario Iannelli, the project includes a wide selection of photographic reports by Roberto Apa and Laura Gianetti and was graphically edited by Giandomenico Carpentieri.
